Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to make it to your laser appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours before your appointment. Failing to do so will result in the loss of a session. Arriving more than 10 minutes late to your appointment may lead to the appointment ending sooner, this will be at the technician’s discretion.

Once the laser packages are purchased, they are non-refundable and non-transferable to any third party. Any exemptions can be made only upon the new occurrence of medical conditions and by providing the evidence from the medical professional. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
